REV: 12-08-2022 RL <br />EXHIBIT “B” <br />GOODS AND SERVICES <br />1. Recycled Water Fill Station <br />Vendor shall supply a FS-22 Bulk Water Fill Station and base. The fill station shall <br />have the ability to dispense recycled water. <br />The fill station shall include a keypad, card reader, and digital display for users to <br />enter a specific volume of water to be dispensed and purchased. The fill station <br />shall provide secure, controlled access using HID-brand radio-frequency <br />identification (“RFID”) cards linked to City customer accounts. The fill station shall <br />display guided, step-by-step instructions so that users can dispense water without <br />supervision. <br />The fill station valve enclosure shall be type 304 stainless steel, and the 4-inch <br />control valve and meter shall integrate with existing City infrastructure. Total height <br />of the fill station and base shall be 68”. <br />A. Management Software <br />Software integrated with the fill station shall identify permitted users, <br />dispense a specified volume of water and communicate the data for <br />each transaction to a Public Works Services (PWS) administrator’s <br />personal computer (“PC”) and other networked PCs. The software shall <br />monitor the fill station and automatically upload customer transaction <br />data to the networked office PC(s). <br />The software shall have the ability to generate custom reporting. The <br />software shall generate automated records and reporting that can <br />provide the following information: <br />i. Date and time, customer name, customer account, volume <br />dispensed <br />ii. Summary of records aggregated by customer account with <br />total volume of water dispensed per month that can be utilized <br />for billing and reporting to the State Water Resources Control <br />Board <br />iii. Summary of records aggregated by customer account with <br />total volume of water dispensed per month that can be sent to <br />the customer’s email <br />iv. Graphs of the station’s revenue and volume output in real <br />time <br />The reports and billing statements shall be easily exported into portable <br />document format (“PDF”), comma-separated values (“CSV”), Microsoft <br />Excel spreadsheet format (“XLS”), and other formats. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.422/EleMech, Inc.
