REV: 12-08-2022 RL EXHIBIT “B” GOODS AND SERVICES 1. Recycled Water Fill Station Vendor shall supply a FS-22 Bulk Water Fill Station and base. The fill station shall have the ability to dispense recycled water. The fill station shall include a keypad, card reader, and digital display for users to enter a specific volume of water to be dispensed and purchased. The fill station shall provide secure, controlled access using HID-brand radio-frequency identification (“RFID”) cards linked to City customer accounts. The fill station shall display guided, step-by-step instructions so that users can dispense water without supervision. The fill station valve enclosure shall be type 304 stainless steel, and the 4-inch control valve and meter shall integrate with existing City infrastructure. Total height of the fill station and base shall be 68”. A. Management Software Software integrated with the fill station shall identify permitted users, dispense a specified volume of water and communicate the data for each transaction to a Public Works Services (PWS) administrator’s personal computer (“PC”) and other networked PCs. The software shall monitor the fill station and automatically upload customer transaction data to the networked office PC(s). The software shall have the ability to generate custom reporting. The software shall generate automated records and reporting that can provide the following information: i. Date and time, customer name, customer account, volume dispensed ii. Summary of records aggregated by customer account with total volume of water dispensed per month that can be utilized for billing and reporting to the State Water Resources Control Board iii. Summary of records aggregated by customer account with total volume of water dispensed per month that can be sent to the customer’s email iv. Graphs of the station’s revenue and volume output in real time The reports and billing statements shall be easily exported into portable document format (“PDF”), comma-separated values (“CSV”), Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format (“XLS”), and other formats.
