REV: 12-08-2022 RL <br />The software shall not limit the number of customer accounts that can <br />be created. The software shall allow for online payments if requested <br />by the Recycled Water Superintendent or designee. <br />Vendor shall provide a multi-user software license to PWS. The license <br />shall allow the software to be installed on multiple PCs, up to at least 5, <br />at no additional cost. <br />The fill station shall continue to function normally even without a network <br />connection to the PWS building. If a network connection is established, <br />all transaction data shall be automatically synchronized and stored <br />securely in a Structured Query Language (“SQL”) database managed <br />and locally hosted by PWS. The software shall allow local or remote <br />networked PCs to seamlessly interface with the fill station at the <br />receiving site using an ethernet connection. <br />The software shall allow PWS staff to define the fill station’s operating <br />time schedule. If the station is closed, a message will alert the customer <br />that the station is closed. <br />B. Warranty and IT Support <br />Warranty: In addition to the Warranty terms stated in Section 11, Vendor <br />shall guarantee all components furnished as part of this Agreement for <br />a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. This shall include repair <br />or replacement of components of the fill station. <br />IT Support: Vendor shall provide software updates and phone support <br />services for a period of two (2) years from date of shipment. This shall <br />include support calls, report modifications, database and software <br />migration assistance, software updates, and network assistance. <br />C. Drawings, O&M Manuals, and other documentation <br />Within two weeks after receipt of a purchase order, Vendor shall provide <br />documentation necessary for the installation and operation of all <br />associated components of the control system, which includes an <br />Operations and Maintenance manuals, installation guide, drawings of <br />layouts, connection details, anchorage, and control panel <br />(“Documentation”). Once the Recycled Water Superintendent or <br />designee has approved the Documentation, Vendor shall manufacture <br />and test the fill station for quality assurance. <br />D. Delivery <br />Vendor shall coordinate with PWS and deliver the fill station system <br />within 6 to 8 weeks after the Recycled Water Superintendent or <br />designee approval of Documentation to 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, <br />CA 94063. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.422/EleMech, Inc.
