REV: 12-08-2022 RL <br />2. Onsite Training, Start-up, and Configuration <br />PWS staff shall connect City pipeline to the fill station, and Vendor support shall <br />be available to provide remote support, if necessary. <br />Vendor shall also provide one (1) service trip. The trip shall include onsite service <br />for the necessary amount of days from the Vendor to provide administrative and <br />general use training, field configuration, testing of the system and start-up. Vendor <br />shall provide an in-person presentation and orientation to show how the control <br />system and software shall work, which shall include in-person training for initial <br />software installation and configuration. The field configuration includes support <br />with full configuration of the entire fill station system and software, which includes, <br />but is not limited, to calibration for dispensing flow to ensure there is no overflow <br />and installation of the management software on one or more PWS-owned personal <br />computers (PCs). Vendor shall assist PWS staff with installation and placement <br />into operation a complete and fully functioning fill station for dispensing recycled <br />water that complies with this Agreement. Within two weeks after receipt of the fill <br />station system onsite, Vendor shall coordinate with the Recycled Water <br />Superintendent or designee to schedule the service trip. <br />The Vendor shall support installation of the management software with PWS staff <br />coordination on one or more City-owned PCs. <br />3. Travel Expenses <br />Vendor may bill for travel expenses at cost with no mark-up for an amount not-to- <br />exceed $1,500. <br />4. Optional - As-Approved Additional Years of Warranty and IT Support <br />If approved by the Recycled Water Public Works Superintendent, additional IT <br />support and warranty may be purchased on an annual basis for up to three <br />additional years. Additional years of IT support and warranty are bundled. <br />Warranty shall cover the repair and/or replacement of key electrical components <br />of the fill station, which covers the following hardware: keypad, display, PLC, PC <br />controller, control relays, receptacles, network switches, and surge protection. <br />IT Support shall include support calls, report modifications, database and software <br />migration assistance, software updates, and network assistance. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.422/EleMech, Inc.
