REV: 01-25-23 JB <br />TASK 2 – REPORT <br />Consultant shall prepare a report which presents data and discusses findings of the PCB <br />Screening Assessment. The report will include analytical results, sample location maps <br />and will be provided in electronic (PDF) format. <br /> <br />FEES <br />PCB Screening Assessment & Report <br />The lump sum fee for Scope #2, Task 1 as outlined above is $.7,982.00. The fee for <br />Scope #2, Task 2 is $550.00.
