REV: 12-08-2022 RL <br />part of the program, students learn how best to message to their peers about cannabis, <br />and are able to take creative liberty to develop social media that have prevention and early- <br />intervention messaging. Consultant will provide students who develop social media as <br />part of the program a stipend for their work. The cost breakdown is inclusive of stipends <br />for up to 2 classes of 15 students, at a rate of $100 per social media item (such as an <br />Instagram post or Twitter tweet) for a total of up to $3,000 paid to students directly by <br />Consultant. All social media items will be posted through the students’ personal social <br />media accounts. <br />City will pay Consultant an installment of $10,000 upon the completion of Task 2, <br />pursuant to an invoice consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Task 3: Media Buy <br />Consultant will use media and marketing to reach young people where they spend their <br />time, whether on websites, social media, gaming or watching videos. Using digital and <br />outdoor advertising strategies, Consultant will target young people down to specific zip <br />codes with Cannabis Decoded messaging. Consultant will provide tactics and strategies <br />for the media buy, including but not limited to sidewalk chalk, postings, digital radio ads, <br />shaker ads, digital ad buys, and video. Following the media placement, a detailed analysis <br />of numbers reached, influenced visits, and which assets performed best, with which <br />audiences will be provided. <br />City will pay Consultant an installment of $40,000 upon the completion of Task 3, pursuant <br />to an invoice consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Year-End Report <br />Upon completion of the Services, Consultant will present a year-end report to the PRCS <br />Director or their designee for review and approval.
