Provider shall include a robust analytics <br />and customer communication dashboard for City staff, known as Dropcountr CLEAR and <br />Irrigation INSIGHT, an algorithm that identifies and presents outdoor water use. <br />Provider shall conduct an email campaign to City customers to introduce and legitimize the <br />program and then drive user adoption. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.056/Dropcountr, Inc.
