REV: 3-24-2023 RL <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />A. Project Schedule- Consultant shall begin work as required upon receipt of the fully <br />executed agreement and detailed project work schedule is shown on Exhibit B. <br />B. Payment Terms- The Consultant shall provide the services outlined here on an hourly <br />basis for an amount not-to-exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). Fees will <br />be billed monthly based on the actual hours used in each task per the labor rate schedule <br />delineated in Section C below.
