Plan for and design pedestrian and <br />bicycle facilities, plan complete streets projects, and develop Safe Routes to <br />School improvement plans. <br />C.Traffic Operations. Simulate isolated signals and corridors, develop improvement <br />plans for intersection modifications (modified lane configurations, signal timing <br />changes, new traffic controls, signal modifications), evaluate and respond to a <br />variety of community requests (e.g., stop signs, traffic signals, streetlights), collect <br />multimodal data and update engineering and traffic surveys. <br />D.Design Services.
