REV: 4-12-2023 RL <br />Consultant will be paid monthly for actual services rendered, pursuant to invoices <br />consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Employee Resource Groups <br />Bimonthly meetings for the employee affinity <br />groups including for employees who identify as: <br />o BIPOC <br />o Women <br />o LGBTQ+ <br />o Having a disability <br />o AAPI <br />6 meetings per calendar year for each group (up to <br />36 meetings annually) <br />Annual impact evaluation <br />April 2025 $20,000 <br />annually <br />Consultant will be paid a flat <br />fee of $20,000 per year, <br />upon receipt and approval of <br />each report by the City <br />Manager or designee. <br />Strategic Consultation on Citywide Efforts <br />Every other week meetings with Equity and <br />Inclusion Officer Briana Evans <br />IDEAL Team collaboration (monthly) <br />Strategic consultation as needed with other City leaders <br />(e.g., department heads, City Manager) <br />April 2025 $5,000 <br />annually <br />Consultant will be paid a flat <br />fee of $5,000 per year. <br />Invoice must identify the <br />number of consultation <br />meetings held during the <br />calendar year for which <br />consultant is invoicing. <br />DEI Committee <br />Up to 25 hours per year of thought-partnership, <br />strategic consultation, and/or facilitation, as <br />needed <br />April 2025 $1,500 annually Consultant will be paid a flat <br />fee of $1,500 per year. <br />Invoice must identify <br />number of Committee <br />meetings facilitated during <br />the calendar year for which <br />consultant is invoicing. <br />Community Trainings or On-Call Facilitation <br />Facilitation of trainings available to the public or other <br />on-call facilitation <br />April 2025 $125 per hour Consultant will be paid $125 <br />per hour of training and <br />preparation, upon delivery of <br />training. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.079/Libertiva (DEI Services) (Page 12 of 12)
