Lease Addendum 4/21/2023 <br />KS <br />follows: <br />Quadient will indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless Customer from all <br />claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including attorneys' fees and cost <br />of suit arising out of any claim by a third party against Customer to the extent such <br />claim alleges that the Products that are the subject of Customer’s Lease with <br />Quadient Leasing USA, Inc. infringes a patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret <br />or other proprietary rights of such third party. <br />3.Quadient and Customer agree that the Online Services and Software Agreement is hereby deleted <br />in its entirety. <br />The Lease, Rental Agreement, the Maintenance Agreement, and this Addendum contain the complete <br />understanding and agreement between the parties hereto, and supersede all representations, <br />understandings or agreements prior to the execution thereof.
