Create a “Notify Staff via Email upon Stage Completion (Manual)”. <br />12.1.7.1. Indicate if there are changes in approved funding when the <br />“status” changes for these statuses: <br />o CIP Committee Approved <br />o City Manager Approved <br />o Council <br />12.1.7.2. Create a button that when pressed emails the ALL USERS of the <br />Application showing ALL the projects that have changed. <br />(PowerBI Dashboard) <br />12.1.7.2.1. “what has changed means” If the Dept Recommended <br />amount is different CIP <br />12.1.7.2.2. Create outgoing email which will state which stage has been <br />completed and a link or button to view the changes: <br />12.1.7.2.3. “You can view the changes by clicking this link.” <br />12.1.7.2.4.
