It was confusing for staff to know that the way to prioritize was to <br />select the projects and then click on the priority level. <br />11.1.2. Create a “drag and drop” for projects to make this easier and faster. <br />11.2. Filter by priority. <br />11.2.1. This function is a little confusing. Re-format to make it more <br />obvious what the user needs to do to prioritize projects. <br />11.3. Trash Can. <br />11.3.1. Staff were confused and thought that the trash can icon mean that <br />they were to delete the entire project. Incorporate the ability for staff to <br />remove projects from the “Prioritized Projects” list back to the “Need <br />Prioritization” list. <br />11.4. Priority 4 Projects. <br />11.4.1. When staff get to this step, they are confused as to where the other <br />projects are (priorities 1 – 3) because it doesn’t show up here. They <br />don’t understand that priority 1 through 3 projects don’t need to be <br />ranked. <br />11.4.2. Show a list of Projects on the page that are being submitted during <br />the prioritization 4 process <br />11.5. Staff Only Submission message. <br />11.5.1. The current message is a confusing.
