REV: 04-07-2023 MI <br />8.1.3 Add Data Validation to set a limit on the “Estimated Completion Date” <br />field so it is never a fiscal year before the current fiscal year. E.g., if <br />current FY is 22-23, this field cannot be FY 21-22. Here’s an example <br />from last year where user didn’t change the completion date: <br />8.2.Estimated Useful Life. <br />8.2.1. Add the option for users to choose “TBD” instead of a specific date. <br />This will grey out the Date field when selected and cause reports to <br />show TBD. <br />8.2.2. Change the Date field to an Option set of Fiscal years. <br />8.3.Reporting. <br />8.3.1. Update the 1-Year and 5-Year CIP report to say “TBD” if this box is <br />checked for “Estimated Completion Date” and/or “Estimated Useful <br />Life.” <br />8.4.Announcements. <br />8.4.1. Currently, the announcement matches that on the Home Page. <br />Please make this a separate announcement field. <br />8.4.2. On the “Back End” (Admin screen), please make and announcements <br />tab so they are all in one place. Previously, there were only 2 <br />announcements and having them in different places was okay. <br />9. Staff App - Enhancements for Project Page 2 of 3 <br />9.1.Reduce Allowed Character Count. <br />9.1.1. Reduce the character count for the narratives from 1,500 to 1,400. <br />Some more wordy narratives go over.
