Additionally, the project site does not have any <br />public utilities or associated improvements that would be in conflict with the <br />proposed project. <br /> <br />e. The reasons submitted for the granting of any exceptions applied for <br />comply with requirements for findings described in Section 30.69, and <br />the tentative map is deemed not workable without the granting of such <br />exceptions. <br />No exceptions to the Subdivision Ordinance are requested. <br /> <br />f. Such other findings conflict with written public policy or with the public <br />interest as the Planning Commission may determine. <br />The proposed project does not conflict with any written public policy or with <br />the public interest. <br /> <br />g. In addition, the following finding is required by Government Code <br />Section 66473.5: The proposed subdivision, together with the <br />provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the <br />General Plan. <br />The proposed tentative map and land use are compatible with the objectives, <br />policies, general land uses, and programs specified in the City’s General <br />Plan as described in this staff report. While the state law also references <br />specific plans, there is no specific plan that applies to the project site. <br /> <br />Section 6. Affordable Housing Plan (Article 29): The Planning Commission finds <br />that the proposed Affordable Housing Plan submitted on March 2, 2023, and shown in <br />Attachment 4 satisfies all requirements of Article 29 of the Zoning Code, and specifically <br />finds as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
