ATTY/RESO.0028/PC RESO APPROVING 1201 MAIN WITH CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />REV: 04-18-23 VR <br />Page 23 of 34 <br />49. Stormwater Runoff - Post-construction runoff into the storm drain shall not <br />exceed pre-construction runoff levels. The applicant’s design professional shall evaluate <br />the project’s impact to the City’s storm drainage system and shall substantiate their <br />conclusions with drainage calculations to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The <br />project shall be designed in conformance with the Drainage Guidelines for Residential or <br />Commercial Development. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />50. Exterior Lighting – Provide a lighting plan for proposed exterior lighting, including <br />cut sheets, a photometric site plan demonstrating light levels and a diagram showing light <br />spillover. This information shall be included in the building permit plans. New light sources <br />must not introduce glare or light effects that spill off the property. [COA][PLANNING] <br />51. Bicycle Parking – Provide eighteen (18) long-term and eight (8) short-term <br />bicycle parking for office use and twenty-eight (28) long-term and six (6) short-term <br />bicycle parking for residential use and demonstrate this on the building permit plans. <br />[COA][ENGINEERING] <br />52. Clean Air Vehicle Parking- Provide ten (10) designated parking for any <br />combination of low-emitting, fuel-efficient and carpool/vanpool vehicles. [COA] <br />[ENGINEERING] <br />53. Electric Vehicle Charging Spaces- Per the new Green Building Code: <br />For Office Use: <br />Provide eighteen (18) Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and twenty-seven (27) <br />Level 2 EV Capable parking spaces; at least one being van accessible. Include <br />considerations for signage.
