BAYSHORE – EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 05-12-23 JB <br />Page 7 of 30 <br /> <br />Impact AG-4: The Project would not result in a loss of forest land or conversion <br />of forest land to non-forest use. <br /> <br />Impact AG-5: The Project would not involve other changes in the existing <br />environment which, due to their location or nature, could result in conversion of <br />Farmland, to non-agricultural use or conversion of forest land to non-forest use. <br /> <br />Impact AG-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant agricultural and forestry resources impact. <br /> <br />3. Air Quality. These findings regarding the Project’s potential air quality impacts are based <br />on the analyses on pages 32 through 45 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact AIR-2: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable net <br />increase of any criteria pollutant for which the project region is non-attainment <br />under an applicable federal or state ambient air quality standard. <br /> <br />Impact AIR-4: The Project would not result in other emissions (such as those <br />leading to odors) adversely affecting a substantial number of people. <br /> <br />4. Biological Resources. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts on <br />biological resources are based on the analyses on pages 46 to 77 of the DEIR, which are <br />hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact BIO-4: The Project would not interfere substantially with the movement of <br />any native resident or migratory fish or wildlife species or with established native <br />resident or migratory wildlife corridors or impede the use of native wildlife nursery <br />sites. <br /> <br />Impact BIO-5: The Project would not conflict with any local policies or ordinances <br />protecting biological resources, such as a tree preservation policy or ordinance. <br /> <br />Impact BIO-6: The Project would not conflict with the provisions of an adopted <br />Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural Community Conservation Plan, or other <br />approved local, regional, or state habitat conservation plan. <br /> <br />5. Cultural Resources. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts on cultural <br />resources are based on the analyses on pages 78 to 86 of the DEIR, which are hereby <br />incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact CUL-1: The Project would not cause a substantial adverse change in the <br />significance of a historical resource pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15064.5.
