BAYSHORE – EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 05-12-23 JB <br />Page 13 of 30 <br />facilities, need for new or physically altered governmental facilities, the <br />construction of which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order <br />to maintain acceptable service ratios, response times, or other performance <br />objectives for parks. <br /> <br />Impact PS-5: The Project would not result in substantial adverse physical <br />impacts associated with the provision of new or physically altered governmental <br />facilities, the need for new or physically altered governmental facilities, the <br />construction of which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order <br />to maintain acceptable service ratios, response times or other performance <br />objectives for other public facilities. <br /> <br />Impact PS-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant public services impact. <br /> <br />16. Recreation These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts relating to <br />recreation are based on the analyses on pages 181 to 183 of the DEIR, which are hereby <br />incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact REC-1: The Project would not increase the use of existing <br />neighborhood and regional parks or other recreational facilities such that <br />substantial physical deterioration of the facility would occur or be accelerated. <br /> <br />Impact REC-2: The Project would not include recreational facilities or require <br />the construction or expansion of recreational facilities which might have an <br />adverse physical effect on the environment. <br /> <br />Impact REC-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant recreation impact. <br /> <br />17. Transportation and Traffic. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts <br />relating to transportation and traffic are based on the analyses on pages 184 to 197 of the <br />DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact TRN-3: The Project would not substantially increase hazards due to a <br />geometric design feature (e.g., sharp curves or dangerous intersections) or <br />incompatible uses (e.g., farm equipment). <br /> <br />Impact TRN-4: The project would not result in inadequate emergency access. <br /> <br />18. Tribal Cultural Resources. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts <br />relating to tribal cultural resources are based on the analyses on pages 198 to 200 of the <br />DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact TCR-1: The project would not cause a substantial adverse change in
