Population and Housing. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts <br />relating to population and housing are based on the analyses on pages 170 to 172 of the <br />DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact POP-1: The Project would not induce substantial unplanned population <br />growth in an area, either directly (for example, by proposing new homes and <br />businesses) or indirectly (for example, through extension of roads or other <br />infrastructure). <br /> <br />Impact POP-2: The Project would not displace substantial numbers of existing <br />housing, necessitating the construction of replacement housing elsewhere. <br /> <br />Impact POP-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant population and housing impact. <br /> <br />15.
