These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts <br />relating to land use and planning are based on the analyses on pages 149 to 152 of the <br />DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact LU-1: The Project would not physically divide and established community. <br /> <br />Impact LU-2: The Project would not conflict with any applicable land use plan, <br />policy, or regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the project adopted for <br />the purpose of avoiding or mitigating an environmental effect. <br /> <br />Impact LU-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant land use and planning impact. <br /> <br />12. Mineral Resources. The finding that the Project would not have any impacts on <br />mineral resources is based on the analysis on pages 153 to 154 of the DEIR, which is <br />hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact MIN-1: The Project would not result in the loss of availability of a <br />known mineral resource that would be of value to the region and residents of <br />the state. <br /> <br />Impact MIN-2: The Project would not result in the loss of availability of a <br />locally important mineral resource recovery site delineated on a local general <br />plan, specific plan, or other land use plan. <br /> <br />Impact MIN-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant mineral resources impact. <br /> <br />13. Noise. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts relating to noise are <br />based on the analyses on pages 155 to 169 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated <br />herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact NOI-1: The Project would not result in generation of a substantial <br />temporary or permanent increase in ambient noise levels in the vicinity of the <br />project in excess of standards established in the local general plan or noise <br />ordinance, or applicable standards of other agencies. <br /> <br />Impact NOI-2: The Project would not result in generation of excessive <br />groundborne vibration or groundborne noise levels. <br /> <br />Impact NOI-3: The Project would not be located within the vicinity of a private <br />airstrip or an airport land use plan or, where such a plan has not been adopted, <br />within two miles of a public airport or public use airport. The project would not <br />expose people residing or working in the project area to excessive noise levels. <br /> <br />
