<br />"Water Enterprise" refers to the San Francisco Water Department (SFWD), an SFPUC <br />Operating Department. <br /> <br />"Water Management Charge" refers to the charge collected by San Francisco on behalf of <br />BAWSCA for local water resource development in the Wholesale Service Area pursuant to <br />Section 3.06 of this Agreement. <br /> <br />"Water-Only," when used with reference to Hetch Hetchy Enterprise capital costs and operating <br />and maintenance expenses, means capital costs and expenses that are incurred solely for the <br />construction and operation of assets used to protect water quality or to provide for the delivery <br />of water for consumptive purposes. <br /> <br />"Water-Related" refers to the water related portion (45%) of Joint Hetch Hetchy Enterprise <br />assets or expenses. <br /> <br />"Water Supply Development Report" refers to the annual report prepared pursuant to Section <br />4.05, and submitted to the Commission for purposes of estimating whether Regional Water <br />System demand will be within the Interim Supply Limitation by June 30, 2018. <br /> <br />"Wheeling Statute" refers to Article 4 of Chapter 11 of the California Water Code, as amended <br />from time to time. <br /> <br />"Wholesale Capital Fund" is the account established by the SFPUC for deposit of Wholesale <br />Customer revenue that is used to fund the wholesale share of revenue-funded New Regional <br />Assets, as described in Section 6.08. <br /> <br />"Wholesale Customer" or "Customers" means one or more of the 27 water customers <br />identified in Section 1.01 that are contracting for purchase of water from San Francisco pursuant <br />to this Agreement. <br /> <br />"Wholesale Revenue Coverage" refers to the additional dollar amount included in wholesale <br />rates each fiscal year that is charged to Wholesale Customers by the SFPUC for their <br />proportionate share of Debt Service coverage under Section 6.06.A. <br /> <br />"Wholesale Revenue Coverage Reserve" refers to the account established by the SFPUC for <br />deposit of Wholesale Revenue Coverage under Section 6.06.B. <br /> <br />Attachment A, Page 7 <br /> <br />1840795.8 <br />
