<br />WHOLESALE WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Introductory Statement <br />Both San Francisco, as the Regional Water System owner and operator, and its Wholesale <br />Customers share a commitment to the Regional Water System providing a reliable supply of <br />high quality water at a fair price, and achieving these goals in an environmentally sustainable <br />manner. <br /> <br />Article 1.
