<br />SECTION D. COUNTY LINE AND IN-CITY TERMINAL RESERVOIR METER <br />CALIBRATION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />1 . General <br /> <br />This sectian refers anly to the Caunty-Line and In~City Terminal Reservair Meters. The <br />term "meter(s)" includes the primary meter.itself (mast afthepri~ary meters in the SFPUC's <br />water system are Venturi-type flaw meters) as well as any and all afthe assaciated equipment <br />used to. measure, recard, and transmit flaw and water level data. The metering equipment <br />assaciated with the primary metering device (also referred to. as the secandary metering <br />equipment) includes differential pressure transmitters, recarders, telecammunicatians equipment <br />and the partian afthe SFPUC's Supervisary Cantrol and Data Acquisitian (SCADA) System <br />that is used to. transmit flaw and water level measurem.ents fram the water meter to. the camputer <br />terminal that recards the measured data. <br /> <br />The Caunty-Line and In-City Terminal Reservair meters, their general lacatians, and <br /> <br /> <br />their assaciated metering equipment are listed in Table 4. <br /> <br />2. Frequency and Type af Wark to. be Perfarmed <br /> <br />The meters, water level sensars, and assaciated metering equipment are to. be inspected, <br />tested, calibrated, and maintained according to. the applicable meter calibratian and maintenance <br />frequency specified in Table 5. <br /> <br />3.
