72 <br />2021 Amended and Restated WSA 17162043.1 <br />expenditures identified in the first two years of the 10-Year CIP, the draft 10-Year CIP made <br />available to BAWSCA and the Wholesale Customers shall include the following elements: <br />1.Project name. <br />2.Project description and justification. <br />3.Description of the project’s relationship to the Level of Service Goals and <br />Objectives. <br />4.Project asset classification for cost-allocation purposes, pursuant to <br />Attachment R for Hetch Hetchy Enterprise assets, or as Regional or <br />Retail for Water Enterprise assets. <br />5.Project schedule where applicable, broken down by phase, through to <br />completion. <br />6.Total project budget estimate including a proposed inflation rate. <br />G.Contents of Draft 10-Year CIP – Projects Listed After First Two Years of 10- <br />Year Schedule. For each project that is listed in years three through ten of the 10-Year CIP, <br />the draft 10-Year CIP made available to BAWSCA and the Wholesale Customers shall include <br />the following elements: <br />1.Project name. <br />2.Project description and justification. <br />3.Description of the project’s relationship to the Level of Service Goals and <br />Objectives. <br />4.Project asset classification for cost-allocation purposes, pursuant to <br />Attachment R for Hetch Hetchy Enterprise assets, or as Regional or <br />Retail for Water Enterprise assets. <br />5.Project schedule information that forms the basis for project planning if <br />available. <br />6.Total project budget estimate. <br />H.Additional Contents of Draft 10-Year CIP. The draft 10-Year CIP made <br />available to BAWSCA and the Wholesale Customers shall also include the following: <br />1.A discussion of any changes to projects in the previously adopted 10- <br />Year CIP, the reasons for such changes, any impact of the proposed <br />changes on the SFPUC’s ability to achieve the Level of Service Goals
