The PM will review the schedule regularly with the consultants and City staff to identify risks <br />early and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. <br />Consultant will update the CPM schedule as changes are identified and implemented in accordance with <br />the change management procedure. Any shifts to project milestones will be communicated and <br />coordinated with the Funding Implementation Plan to ensure approved project funding is accounted for. <br />Task B.2 Contract Management <br />B.2.1 Contract Management and Invoice Review <br />Consultant will manage all design consultant contracts and track the progress of contract scope against <br />authorized budgets and contract terms. This effort includes the review and approval of invoices per the <br />procedures established in the PMP. Consultant will develop and use an invoice review checklist to <br />ensure contract compliance, the accuracy of progress reports, and the identification of inconsistencies <br />and errors. <br />Consultant will process amendments to the design consultant contracts as needed and in accordance <br />with the PMP, including facilitation (e.g. negotiating amendment scope, schedule and budget, and <br />drafting staff reports) of any required City Council approvals. <br />B.2.2 Quality Assurance <br />See A.4.4. <br />B.2.3 Cooperative Agreements and Audits <br />In coordination with Caltrans, Consultant will lead the development of the Construction Cooperative <br />Agreement for the pre-construction and construction activities including defining the Construction <br />Management Team and Change Management Board as discussed above in Section A.4.3. <br />TASK B DELIVERABLES <br />1.
