Lockable bicycle rooms with permanently anchored racks; and/or <br />c. Lockable, permanently anchored bicycle racks. <br />2. Commercial Bicycle Parking (Visitor). If the project is anticipated to <br />generate visitor traffic, permanently anchored bicycle racks shall be <br />provided within one hundred (100) feet of the primary entrance. Such <br />parking shall be readily visible to passers-by. Bicycle parking shall be <br />provided at five (5) percent of motorized vehicle parking capacity, with a <br />minimum of one two-bike capacity rack. <br /> <br />12.6 Façade Composition and Architectural Regulations. <br />A. Building Transparency/Windows and Openings Facing Streets. Placement and orientation of <br />doorways, windows, and landscape elements shall create strong, direct relationships with the <br />street. Street-facing façades of all buildings shall incorporate windows and openings providing <br />light to adjacent spaces, rooms, and uses. <br /> <br />B. Visual Relationship between Multiple Buildings. Multiple buildings on a single site shall be <br />designed to create a strong visual relationship between and among the buildings, while <br />including architectural variety on different buildings. <br /> <br />[Article 15, Section 15.2.D is amended as follows] <br />Article 15 - CG (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT <br />15.2 - Permitted Uses. <br />The following uses are permitted in the CG District if conducted entirely within a building, <br />unless otherwise required by State law: <br />A. New car, boat, or trailer sales, rental and repair; <br />B. Parking lots and garages; <br />C. Sales or service establishments and sales of new merchandise and equipment; <br />D. Hotels, motels, nursing homes, rest homes, nursery schools and day care centers; <br /> <br />[Subsections 15.1 & 15.3 – 15.13 are unchanged. Subsections 15.2 (D) through (L) are <br />unchanged.] <br /> <br />Article 25 - COMBINING DISTRICTS <br />[Article 25, Section 25.3 and 25.7 is amended as follows] <br /> <br />25.3 - T (Transient Residential Units) Combining District. <br />The letter "T" may be added as a suffix to any district designation in conjunction with the zoning <br />of any property. In such event, the following additional uses may be permitted in that district <br />subject to first securing a use permit therefore: <br />A. Motels, and mobile home parks and trailer parks;
