The required number of bicycle parking spaces shall be <br />determined as set forth in the underlying zoning district as provided in Sections 53.6, 54.6, and <br />55.8 of the Zoning Code. <br />CD. Live/Work Parking Spaces Required. For any development located in a Mixed-Use district, <br />parking spaces for live/work units shall be required as follows: <br />1.Resident Parking. One (1) space per live/work unit. <br />2.Client Parking. One (1) space per one thousand (1,000) square feet of nonresidential <br />floor area. <br />3.Existing Building Exception. The review authority may reduce the parking requirement <br />for the reuse of existing buildings with limited parking. <br />DE. Marina Parking Spaces Required. A parking study shall be submitted that demonstrates <br />how parking demand will be met with the proposed supply. This study is subject to review <br />and approval of the Director. <br />EF. Shared-Use Parking on Multiple Sites. Sites with multiple uses having different peak <br />demand times may share parking. A parking study shall be submitted that demonstrates <br />how parking demand will be met with a shared parking arrangement. This study is subject <br />to review and approval of the review authority. <br />FG. Designated Parking for Low-Emitting and Carpool Vehicles. Designated parking shall be <br />provided for any combination of low-emitting, fuel-efficient, electric and carpool/vanpool <br />vehicles, as indicated in the table below. The following characters shall be painted on the <br />parking surface, or equivalent signage shall be provided at each such space: CLEAN AIR <br />VEHICLE. If pavement painting is provided, it shall be visible when a vehicle is parked in the <br />space. <br /> <br /> <br />30.5 - Required Number of Parking Spaces—Outside of the Downtown Parking Zone and <br />Mixed-Use Zoning Districts. <br /> <br />In all districts in connection with every use of property and for each building site outside of the <br />Downtown Parking Zone and Mixed-Use Zoning Districts, there shall be provided off-street <br />parking spaces for vehicles according to the following schedule: <br />(Wherever square feet of floor area is indicated, it shall mean gross square footage.) <br /> <br />A. Residential Uses. <br />1. Single-Family Dwellings: 2 spaces per unit which may be covered or <br />uncovered. Two (2) parking spaces, one (1) of which shall be covered. The spaces <br />shall be located on a paved area uncovered space shall be located on a paved <br />area and may be located in any setback. The front yard shall be subject to the <br />minimum pervious area and stormwater requirements of the underlying zoning <br />district.
