REV: 12-13-23 VR <br />10.At the Human Resources Director’s direction, prepare a compensation memo for <br />City Council consideration of compensation adjustments, contract negotiation, <br />preparation and approval resulting from the performance evaluations. (Optional) <br />11.At the Human Resources Director’s direction, support the negotiation, preparation <br />and approval of any contract amendments resulting from the performance <br />evaluations. (Optional) <br />Fees <br />The professional fee for conducting services is $250 per hour for an estimated 45 hours, <br />plus minor expenses for a not-to-exceed amount of $11,250. <br />Optional items as stated above are an additional 10-15 hours per option, for a not-to <br />exceed amount of $11,250.00, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $22,500. <br />Consultant will invoice monthly only for actual hours and expenses incurred on the <br />project. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.
