REV: 06-09-2023 RL <br />•Contractor will assign a primary and backup technician (Crew) to the account. <br />Crew members will be competent and experienced field service technicians that <br />have been trained specifically in Flygt products annual preventative <br />maintenance, and will perform all work in a timely, neat, and orderly manner. City <br />may refuse to accept work or workers that do not meet these standards. In the <br />event one technician is unavailable, Contractor will rotate in another <br />appropriately trained and experienced technician. If there are any unforeseen <br />circumstances when only one technician is available, Contractor will notify the <br />Wastewater and Storm Public Works Superintendent ahead of time. Contractor <br />will complete annual inspections and preventative maintenance in three <br />consecutive day blocks until complete. <br />•Contractor will also assign an account representative to be the primary point-of- <br />contact for communications. <br />•Specific days will be arranged for inspections each year as approved by the <br />Wastewater and Storm Public Works Superintendent. If Contractor is unable to <br />perform inspections on the pre-arranged days due to emergencies, the City's <br />Wastewater and Storm Public Works Superintendent shall be notified <br />immediately, so that the work can be rescheduled. <br />•If Contractor is called away during the scheduled maintenance time and cannot <br />complete the scheduled preventative maintenance, Contractor will return the next <br />working day to complete the work. <br />•Contractor shall be prepared to respond to calls for unscheduled work ("Extra <br />Work") from the City within 48 hours. <br />•Contractor will schedule and perform all inspections during the City’s Public Works <br />Services Department’s hours of operation, so that the City can be notified of any <br />emergency, or immediate need for repairs to any of the pumps. City's Public <br />Works Services Department’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 <br />a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding City holidays. <br />•Contractor is not required to hold a "Construction Contractor's License" for the <br />term. <br />Annual Preventative Maintenance: <br />Contractor will perform preventative maintenance annually to include, but not be limited to: <br />•A complete 21-point mechanical and electrical inspection of each of the <br />sixty-two pump/mixers, and eighteen storm pumps. <br />SERVICE - 21 POINT CHECK LIST <br />During the 21-point mechanical and electrical inspection, Contractor will: <br />□Check electrical condition of insulation on power cable and on all phases of motor. (In <br />Meg Ohms) <br />□Check for any loose or faulty electrical connections within the pump control panel <br />□Measure resistance between stator windings (In Ohms) <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.131/Shape Inc.
