REV: 06-09-2023 RL <br />□Check voltage supply between all phases of the electrical control panel (VAC) <br />□Check voltage balance between all phases on the load side* of the pump control with <br />pump on (VAC) <br />□Check amperage draws on all phases of the pump motor (In Amps) <br />□Check condition and operation of motor thermal protectors control system (if so <br />equipped) <br />□Remove Flygt pump(s) from lift station for physical inspection <br />□Check condition of upper shaft seals (inspect condition of motor housing) <br />□Check condition and operation of leakage detector (if so equipped) <br />□Check lower shaft seals (inspect condition of oil) <br />□Change oil if needed (cost of oil included) <br />□Check for worn or loose impeller <br />□Check all impeller wear rings. (Note: Wear rings are not covered by warranty and <br />must be purchased by customer if in need of replacement) <br />□Check for noise in upper and lower bearings <br />□Check physically for damage of pump and power cable <br />□Clean, reset, and check operation of level sensors <br />□Check for correct shaft rotation <br />□Reinstall Flygt pump and check for leakage at the discharge connection <br />□Test of pump operation cycle (if level of liquid in station permits) <br />□Check operating of valves and pipes in station <br />Other Inspection Requirements: <br />•Contractor will review the overall functionality of the pump systems. These <br />systems checks include, but are not limited to, ensuring the level sensors are <br />functioning properly, wire terminations are tight and dry, etc. <br />•Contractor will ensure any equipment requiring repairs will be repaired to Factory <br />OEM standards. Contractor will also ensure that replacement parts for the Flygt <br />pumps (manufactured by Xylem Water Solutions USA) will be purchased <br />exclusively through an authorized dealer. Contractor will also ensure that repair <br />parts will be available within one to two days, if the City does not already have <br />the repair parts available. <br />Extra Work, which includes unexpected and/or major repair parts, not described in <br />"Parts List", will be available within three to four weeks of approved work. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.131/Shape Inc.
