The evaluations will be based solely on model analyses and will
not consider potential utility conflicts or constructability, permitting, or right-of-way
issues. Estimates of planning level construction and capital costs will be developed
based on the same methodology, unit costs, and cost factors used for the 2021 Draft
Sewer Master Plan.
Consultant will provide interim model results in the form of model-generated hydraulic
profiles, and will work with staff to prepare a Technical Memorandum (TM). The TM will
document the model updates and assumptions made for the evaluation.
Consultant will provide overall contract management of the project, including monitoring
of project budget and schedule, preparation of invoices, and communication with the City
by telephone and e-mail regarding project status and issues.
