3 <br />COST ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULE <br />Table 1, attached, provides a breakdown of the estimated costs by labor and other direct costs (ODCs). <br />Consultant anticipates the majority of the work will be conducted in summer of 2023; however, it is <br />anticipated that some support may be needed until construction work is completed.
