2 <br />Deliverables <br />-Consultant comments on the Archaeological Testing Plan, to be provided electronically <br />-Consultant comments on the Archaeological Results Report, to be provided electronically <br />-Draft and Final agreement document with MLD, to be provided electronically <br />Assumptions <br />-No consultation or coordination required with the State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) <br />-No meetings with the City’s Historic Resources Advisory Committee <br />-City and/or developer’s archaeological contractor will provide all necessary background files. <br />-Consultant will respond to two rounds of comments from City and MLD on agreement deliverable. <br />-Consultant is not responsible for conducting archaeological field work, beyond the meetings <br />described above. <br />-This scope includes oversight of archaeological field work on the areas between the train tracks and <br />Elm, Lathrop, Cedar, Main, and Chestnut streets.. <br />-This proposal is based on similar efforts conducted by Consultant in the past.
