REV: 07-10-2023 SK <br />Fees <br />Consultant shall provide the services outlined above on an hourly basis delineated below. Fees <br />for services provided shall not exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000). <br />Consultant will invoice the City at hourly rates described below: <br />Principal / Director - $275 per hour <br />Senior Associate - $200 per hour <br />Associate - $185 per hour <br />Senior Analyst - $150 per hour <br />Analyst - $135 per hour <br />Research Assistant - $125 per hour <br />Technician - $100 per hour <br />Clerical - $60 per hour <br />Consultant will not charge the City for travel or mileage (except direct costs related to field <br />work/surveys), parking, standard telephone/fax expenses, general postage, or incidental <br />copies. Consultant will charge for messenger services, overnight shipping/express mail costs <br />and teleconferencing services. Consultant will also charge for copies of reports, documents, <br />notices, and support material more than five (5) copies. These costs are charged back at the <br />actual expense plus a 10% surcharge. <br />Consultant will issue monthly invoices as outlined in Section 6.1 of this Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.172/RSG, Inc.
