Upon completion of the conceptual <br />design, Consultant will prepare a conceptual budgetary cost estimate for the proposed <br />modifications. The conceptual design deliverables can be used for future phases of the Maker’s <br />Space and Veranda and allow continuation of the design of the adjacent park project without <br />impediment to either. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft preliminary conceptual design package (two [2] options): floor/site plan, massing <br />elevations, and one to two (1-2) massing perspectives <br />• Final conceptual design package: floor/site plan, elevations, and one to two (1-2) perspectives <br />• Prepare conceptual cost estimate <br />Meetings: <br />• One (1) draft concept design review meeting: one to two (1-2) hours, in-person <br />• One (1) concept design review meeting: one to two (1-2) hours, remote <br />Fixed Fee <br />$16,000 <br />Consultant will invoice the City monthly, consistent with Section 6, Compensation. Fees will be <br />based on a percentage of work completed per subtask..
