REV: 08-04-23 VR <br />Consultant will be paid monthly on a time and materials basis up to $25,000. If <br />circumstances require additional hours, the LSL team will communicate with the City <br />before the time and costs are incurred. The rates above are effective through December <br />31, 2023, and will be increased by the CPI annually on January 1st using the November <br />12-month percentage change in the all-urban Consumer Price Index for the San <br />Francisco-Oakland- Hayward area as listed in https://www.bls.gov/regions/west/news- <br />release/consumerpriceindex_sanfrancisco.htm. All non-personnel related costs, if <br />necessary, would be billed on a reimbursement basis as costs are incurred.
