<br /> <br />WORK PLAN: Redwood City & North Fair Oaks ACH <br /> <br />Objectives Proposed Activities and <br />Timeline: <br />7.1.2023 – 6.30.2024 <br />Proposed Activities and <br />Timeline: <br />7.1.2024 – 6.30.2025 <br />Proposed Activities and <br />Timeline: <br />7.1.2025 – 12.31.2025 <br />and vetting process for <br />prospective members. <br /> <br />• Short term results: The ACH <br />will have a youth paid <br />outreach Promotoras <br />program to be a voice for <br />the community and the gaps <br />that exist in housing, food, <br />and medical insecurity. <br />duplicate this work in their <br />communities. <br /> <br />• Intermediate results: Youth <br />will have an opportunity to <br />have paid positions to serve <br />their communities through <br />outreach or civic <br />engagement work and <br />present at local and state <br />conferences. <br />3. The ACH operates a “Wellness <br />Fund” or other community-led vehicle <br />as a mechanism for attracting, <br />braiding, and blending resources from <br />a variety of organizations and sectors, <br />to support the ACH’s infrastructure <br />and Portfolio of Actions. <br />• The ACH will research <br />possible ways to create a <br />“Wellness Fund”, through <br />conversations with local <br />funding partners (such as <br />the Silicon Valley <br />Community Foundation, the <br />Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative, <br />the Sand Hill Foundation, <br />and others). <br /> <br />• The ACH and Redwood City <br />Together will explore the <br />possibility with leadership at <br />the City of Redwood City, <br />RCT’s fiscal sponsor. <br /> <br />• Once operational, the ACH <br />will set fundraising goals <br />and identify prospective <br />funders and funding needs <br />• RCT will lead fundraising <br />efforts, submitting joint <br />proposals to like-minded <br />funding entities to support <br />the ACH’s work. The ACH <br />will create a fundraising sub- <br />committee to pursue <br />corporate funding (and in- <br />kind support), as well as <br />lead fundraising campaigns <br />and events. <br />• The ACH will design <br />sustainability goals and <br />plans to support the group’s <br />work after the CACHI grant <br />expires.
