REV: 12-08-23 SK <br />RATE AND FEE SCHEDULE <br />The City will pay to the Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of Ninety-Nine Thousand <br />Dollars ($99,000) for the completion of all the work and services described above. The <br />Consultant shall provide services at the following rates on an hourly basis: <br />Fee Notes: <br />Charges for permits will be billed as a pass-through cost. <br />Approved subcontractors will be billed at actual cost plus 10%. <br />Future Year rates may be increased subject to COLA adjustments on January 1st <br />of each year, upon request by Consultant and only if approved in writing by the <br />City Engineer. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.285/MBS Engineering Inc.
