REV: 06-25-24 VR
Conduct 20 to 25-minute Internet and telephone interviews with 400 (n=400) total
Redwood City registered voters according to a strict interviewing protocol and our
approved sampling design for the tracking survey process.
A sample size of 400 registered voters for the tracking survey will provide
for a margin of error of no greater than +/-4.9 at the 95% confidence level,
when looking at all City voters, including voters likely to participate in the
November 2024 election cycle.
Merge the Internet and telephone data files, as well as processing and weighting
the data to adjust for population distribution and strategic oversampling, as
needed.
Meet with the City of Redwood City to review the draft survey results for the
tracking survey of Redwood City voters.
Present the final results of the tracking survey process to the City of Redwood City
in a mutually agreed-to format.
This could include one to two larger City Council presentations (via Zoom
or Microsoft Teams, etc.) or individual Council briefings, based on City
needs.
Post-survey consulting on the results and recommendations from the tracking
survey process as needed by the City of Redwood City.
[Page Intentional Left Blank]
ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
