REV: 06-25-24 VR <br />Conduct 20 to 25-minute Internet and telephone interviews with 400 (n=400) total <br />Redwood City registered voters according to a strict interviewing protocol and our <br />approved sampling design for the tracking survey process. <br />A sample size of 400 registered voters for the tracking survey will provide <br />for a margin of error of no greater than +/-4.9 at the 95% confidence level, <br />when looking at all City voters, including voters likely to participate in the <br />November 2024 election cycle. <br />Merge the Internet and telephone data files, as well as processing and weighting <br />the data to adjust for population distribution and strategic oversampling, as <br />needed. <br />Meet with the City of Redwood City to review the draft survey results for the <br />tracking survey of Redwood City voters. <br />Present the final results of the tracking survey process to the City of Redwood City <br />in a mutually agreed-to format. <br />This could include one to two larger City Council presentations (via Zoom <br />or Microsoft Teams, etc.) or individual Council briefings, based on City <br />needs. <br />Post-survey consulting on the results and recommendations from the tracking <br />survey process as needed by the City of Redwood City. <br />[Page Intentional Left Blank] <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
