REV: 12-08-23 SK TIME SCHEDULE Consultant shall meet the scheduling requirements as described in the Scope of Work. The approximate scheduling milestones are as follow and depend on site selection by others, site accessibility, scheduling, coordination, and other factors: Initial Site Reconnaissance of metering sites by:December 11, 2023 Documentation of initial Field Reconnaissance by:December 12, 2023 Project Kickoff Meeting by:December 13, 2023 Approval of Sites by City (if changes are required) by:December 14, 2023 Meters and rain gauges installed and operating by:December 18, 2023 Meters Removed by:February 16, 2024 Final report and Data to the City by:March 15, 2024 The removal of the flow meters and the submission of the final report may be delayed if the City extends the flow monitoring period and/or delay start of the monitoring period. FEE SCHEDULE In accordance with Section 6 (Compensation), City shall pay Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($99,235.00) for the completion of all the work and services described above, which includes the fixed fees of Seventy Seven Thousand Thirty Five Dollars ($77,035.00) and optional fees in the amount of Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($22,200.00), to install ten (10) flow monitoring meters and two (2) rain gauges for 60 days period with an option to extend the flow monitoring period to up to one month as follows. Consultant shall invoice the City on a monthly basis as a percentage of the progress: A. Direct Fixed Costs The subtotal of the direct fixed costs including, but not limited to field reconnaissance, document review, kick off meeting, wet weather flow monitoring, data analysis and flow monitoring report ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ $77,035.00 B.
