Project Kickoff Meeting: <br />After the initial period of field reconnaissance of the flow meters, <br />Consultant shall prepare the Kickoff Meeting Agenda that includes, but not <br />limited to, the results of site reconnaissance and recommendations, the <br />project objectives, understanding and approach. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall submit documentation of site reconnaissance and final flow <br />monitoring sites to the City. <br />Task 4. Data Analysis and Flow Monitoring Report: <br />Consultant shall provide data analysis and a Flow Monitoring Report that <br />includes, but not limited to, site details and pictures; field installation and <br />maintenance sheets including calibration data; depth-velocity scatter plots; <br />7-day plots of flow for each meter and rainfall for each rain gauge; and <br />summary tabulation of daily average, minimum, peak flow, advanced <br />scatter graph analysis, and site comparison for each flow meter. Flow <br />Monitoring Report will be finalized and approved by the City. Consultant <br />shall make revisions to the Flow Monitoring Report to the satisfaction of the <br />City at no additional cost. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall provide the City with a Flow Monitoring Report (1 digital <br />copy). Consultant shall submit electronic files in Excel format containing <br />depth, velocity, and flow rates for each meter and rainfall for each rain <br />gauge in 15-minute intervals and all other applicable electronic files relating <br />to the study. Final report and data shall be delivered within four (4) weeks <br />of removal of all flow meters. <br />Consultant shall perform all the work in the best workmanlike manner, <br />conforming to all applicable standards, specifications, codes, laws, and <br />regulations. Consultant shall take all necessary safety precautions and <br />comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations including <br />those relevant to work in confined spaces.
