Consultant shall report to the City within 24 hours of each site visit <br />if any meter has malfunctions or otherwise fails to provide good quality of <br />data, or if changes in site conditions have impacted collection of good data. <br />Consultant shall collect field calibration data (independent measurements <br />of flow depth and velocity) throughout the monitoring period for each meter <br />to verify monitor accuracy over a range of flow depths. <br />If the meter is malfunctioning, Consultant shall notify the City and respond <br />within 72 hours of malfunction, repair or replace the meter/sensors and get <br />the site running at optimal performance. In the event, that one or more flow <br />meter fails to provide usable data during a significant storm (> 0.5 inches <br />of rainfall in 24 hours), Consultant shall extend the monitoring period for <br />that failed site(s) for up to two (2) weeks at no additional cost to the City. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall install, monitor, calibrate, and remove flow meters and rain <br />gauge (number of equipment listed in the table above) for a period of sixty <br />(60) days, with an option to extend the monitoring on a weekly basis up to <br />one month. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.296/Total Flow, Inc (2023-2024 Flow Monitoring Services) (Page 12 of 14)
