REV: 11-15-23 SK <br />The full design intent and area of disturbance for Broadway is unknown at this time, <br />however it is anticipated that the improvements will require Green Infrastructure <br />improvements per the latest C.3 requirements (MS4 Stormwater). <br />Disruption to existing utility facilities, apart from stormwater, is not anticipated as part <br />of this scope of work. <br />Up to three (3) signal modifications (Spring Street, Maple Street, and Chestnut Street) <br />are anticipated as part of this scope of work. Modifying the signal at Woodside Road <br />(SR-84) or at Main Street is not included. <br />At this point, no coordination with PG&E will be required, and the existing service can <br />be reused. <br />No significant repaving is anticipated as part of this scope of work, but rather slurry seal <br />or grind/overlay treatment. <br />City will pay to Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of Six Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Nine <br />Hundred Eighty Dollars ($664,980) for the completion of all the work and services based on the <br />rates listed below: <br />Rates <br />Classification Rate <br />Project manager/Senior professional II $350 <br />Quality control staff/Senior professional II $350 <br />Public Outreach/ Senior professional II $310 <br />Deputy project manager/ Senior <br />professional I <br />$275 <br />Engineer/ Senior professional I $245 <br />Engineer/ Professional $215 <br />Engineer analyst/ Analyst II $180 <br />Engineer analyst/Analyst I $150 <br />Admin support $135 <br />For specific tasks listed below, City will pay Consultant based on the not-to-exceed fees listed <br />on table below: <br />Item Cost (Not-to-exceed) <br />Plan set printing and public outreach <br />materials <br />Up to $2,000 <br />Geotechnical subconsultant Up to $20,000 <br />Topographic and boundary survey Up to $45,000 <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.270/Kimlet Horn (Access to Downtown Bikeways) (Page 16 of 16)
