<br />Erik will serve as project manager for the duration of the project and will be the City’s main point of contact. His day-to-day activities will include monitoring schedules, budget management, value management, and contract document review. Erik has a wide range of project experience that includes stormwater management planning, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, green and grey stormwater infrastructure design, creek and river restorations, stormwater monitoring, and third-party technical review.

<br />As QA/QC manager, Sravan’s role will include an independent review of our team’s work product, reviewing proposed alternatives with reference to feasibility, design standards, and constructability. He will also provide value engineering throughout the design process to validate the project’s life cycle cost.
