<br />Doug brings over 25 years of legal, business, government and nonprofit consulting experience, along with more than 15 years of direct fundraising experience to the team. He has worked on the FEMA AFG, SAFER, Hazard Mitigation Assistance and Emergency Food and Shelter Grant Programs. He is intimately familiar with the new FEMA Grants Outcomes (FEMA GO) grants management system used to support and report on FEMA grants programs and perform all business functions in all five phases of the Grants Management Lifecycle: Pre-Award, Award, Post-Award, Closeout and Post Closeout.

<br />Jake will serve as project engineer. He has over 10 years of water resources planning and design experience involving hydraulic modeling, project management, and drafting for both pressurized and gravity-based solutions for water, sewer, and stormwater systems. He will be responsible for hydraulic modeling and alternatives analyses.

<br />Ben’s responsibilities include preparation of Topographic Surveys, Differential Leveling Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Elevation Certificates, Record of Survey Maps, Plats & Legal Descriptions. He performs a variety of tasks including research, post-processing, survey calculations, and gives expert advice to the success of survey projects.
