The pumps <br />may not be installed in time for the peak irrigation season of 2010 and pumps <br />purchased from other than Flowserve may not be fully compatible with existing <br />equipment. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds have been appropriated from the Water Revenue Bond proceeds. The City has <br />issued a series of three Water Revenue Bonds to finance Phase 1 of the Recycled <br />Water Project.
