<br />City Manager Ingram said a narrative of each project could be brought back especially the <br />ones that are on the list to be de-obligated. The various options and scenarios were <br />discussed by Council. <br />There was broad consensus on the Redevelopment Agency Board to bring back <br />alternatives two and three (formal action to be taken at a later time). <br />Redevelopment Minute Order 09-15 <br /> <br />8.
