REV: 03-19-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Consultant shall provide comprehensive recruitment services for the City on an as- <br />needed basis. <br />I. Comprehensive Executive and Senior Level Recruitment <br />Consultant’s services will include the following for each comprehensive executive and <br />senior level recruitment, and will be based upon the needs of the City for the particular <br />recruitment: <br />Phase I: <br />Create an ideal candidate profile in consultation with the City; <br />Design and execute an advertising campaign; <br />Phase II: <br />Consultant will create and distribute customized advertising, marketing, and social <br />media campaigns (traditional and electronic); <br />Conduct extensive personal outreach; <br />Phase III: <br />Conduct screening interviews; <br />Develop and deliver a written report to the City, highlighting the results of the <br />recruitment and subsequent screening interviews; <br />Phase IV: <br />•Design and facilitate candidate interviews with the City; <br />•Conduct background and reference checks of top candidate(s); <br />•Assist the City with final selection deliberations; <br />•Assist with negotiations and transition details; and <br />•Provide up to two (2) onsite visits for the purpose of meeting with City and <br />facilitating panel interviews and selection deliberation. <br />II. Specialized Services <br />Consultant shall provide the following specialized services upon request of the City: <br />•Targeted Recruitment - Consultant shall conduct selective targeted outreach to <br />identify potential candidates, and shall conduct background and references <br />checks of the top candidate. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.037/Teri Black and Company (Executive Recruiter) (Page 11 of 13)
