REV: 03-19-24 MI <br />•Marketing and Advertising Campaign Design - Consultant shall design and <br />execute an advertising campaign for a recruitment, and shall produce and <br />distribute a recruitment brochure (traditional & electronic mail). <br />•Background and Reference Check - <br />Additional Placement - An additional placement occurs when the City selects more <br />than one outstanding candidate from a single recruitment to benefit the <br />organization in a different capacity. Consultant shall conduct a background and <br />reference check for each additional candidate placed under the Additional <br />Placement services. <br />III. Lead Consultant/Primary Contact <br />Teri Black may serve as the lead consultant and primary contact for the recruitments. <br />Suzanne Mason (Senior Recruiter) and Consultant's support staff may also be engaged <br />in the successful completion of any recruitment. <br />IV. Recruitment Schedule <br />The estimated schedule for individual recruitments will be agreed upon by the City and <br />Consultant when the City is in need of recruitment services. <br />Fee <br />Professional fees will be charged on a per task basis per the schedule below. Professional <br />fees and expenses will be billed in phases as work progresses and expenses are incurred. <br />Expenses are billed at their actual level. Professional fees and expenses increase on an <br />annual basis consistent with market conditions normally at or below the consumer price index. <br />The table below reflects current pricing (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024) for various levels of <br />recruitments. <br />Pricing (J Professional Fees Expenses <br />City Manager / Police Chief $25,000 - $34,000 $10,000 - $14,000 <br /> Executive/Senior-level management <br /> (Assistant/Deputy City Manager, department directors/ <br />assistant and deputy directors) <br />$22,000 - $24,000 $9,000 - $11,000 <br /> Mid-management / Supervisory $22,000 $8,350 - $12,300 <br /> Additional Placements (within an active <br />recruitment)$4,500 per placement Included in professional fee <br /> Targeted recruitment/placement $5,000 Included in professional fee <br /> Hourly Rates for Additional Work <br /> (more than 1- day of onsite panel interviews)$75 - $400 per hr.N/A <br /> Advisory fees (not related to a TBC recruitment)$200 - $400 per hr. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.037/Teri Black and Company (Executive Recruiter) (Page 12 of 13)
