REV: 03-19-24 MI <br />Reimbursable expenses will not exceed $12,300 for each executive and senior level <br />recruitment and will be billed as incurred. Reimbursable expenses include advertising, <br />brochure design and reproduction, administrative support, report supplies, <br />printing/copying, postage and delivery charges, background investigation (top candidate <br />per search), as well as recruiter’s travel related to client meetings and interviews as <br />needed. Marketing and advertising costs will encompass about 65-75 percent of the <br />expense budget. <br />Placement Guarantee <br />If a candidate selected and appointed by the City terminates employment for any reason <br />before the completion of the first year of service as a result of a comprehensive TBC <br />recruitment, the consultant will provide the City of Redwood City with the necessary <br />consulting services required to secure a replacement. Professional consulting services will <br />be provided at a discounted rate of 25% - 50% of the original fee.
