Develop contingency <br />plans for potential performance issues. <br /> <br />Warranty and Repair <br /> <br />Consultant will provide one-week hyper care support which means that one technician <br />will be dedicated to immediate remote support during working hours during initial <br />operation of the center to immediately take note and attend to any issues that may arise. <br /> <br />Thereafter, Consultant will provide a one-year warranty with remote support. For fault <br />reporting Consultant will provide an online reporting tool (JIRA Service Desk). After City <br />reports a fault, Consultant will initially assess the issue with City via remote access to any <br />digital interface or visual inspection via photo or video.
